By finding 3333 willing participants, willing to invest $3,333.00 into this co-op
for a total capital fund of over eleven million dollars (less finder's fee and establisher's fee costs of 2.5 million), the remaining 9 million will then be used to buy an existing fully functional
motel of approximately 150 rooms and where our co-op would continue to operate it

Establisher's fee or founder's fee is 2% deducted off total and paid at time of settlement only.
Finding fellow enthusiasts will entitle the finder to a finder's fee of 20% of $3,333.00 or $666.00 per person found to be paid at settlement period.
The settlement period will be when we find all the needed 3,333 willing participants. We would then create the legal entity and establish the trust fund, where a trusted third party bank would make sure that the funds are used for their intended purpose. Then, at this time, the payment of $3,333.00 from each participant will finally be due and, any of the folks that you found, will be credited to your account with $666.00 per taken from their payment.
I will then hire on as the manager, find the suitable motel, buy it for cash, and then continue to manage the motel as is, while I implement the transformation to New Age Hotel.
Also, the funds would be used to build a rather large crystal pyramid, where some twenty meditators would be able to meditate within comfortably
As well as, offering floatation tanks, massage therapy, group meditation, yoga, QiGong classes and acupuncture treatments.
Interested new age people may add their name on a list where once the needed amount of participants are found,

We would have guest teachers and speakers come to our facility and stay for a week and conduct their sessions throughout the week, on topics such as Yoga, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Acupuncture and more.

My Work Life Credentials
I was raised in a hospitality family business which included restaurant, lounge, dance hall/disco, catering and motels from 1964 through 1981.
Back in 1978 through 1980...I managed the Granada Royale Inn in National Gardens, Florida, I-95 and US1 just north of Daytona Beach... the properties are still standing, 144 units, along with a restaurant...the property now split in two separate motels, a Days Inn and a Scottish Inn...Here are some recent photos of the property that I had managed back in 1978.

My Spiritual Path Credentials
I have been enjoying Transcendental Meditation since 1977. I upgraded to The TM Siddhi Program in 1989. I have enjoyed many group meditation sessions with the TM Movement at places like Fairfield, Iowa, where there are about 2000+ meditators practicing the TM Siddhis daily, and at Avon Park, Florida, where residence courses were held and there would be at times over a hundred participants and which is actually serving as the inspiration for the New Age Hotel project because of the understanding of the importance of staying at the facility with it's prolonged culturing of meditation mojo.
I have been floating at Ovarium since 1981, and have taken to enjoying a combination floating and massage therapy in the late nineties and early 2000's
Here below is the picture of the magnificent pyramid in Ste Hyacinthe, Quebec, Canada...just outside of Montreal, where I had spent time inside from 1984 through 2003, having slept inside it for about a dozen times around 1999-2002...snowflakes coming down and the humongous cross behind it...seen for miles off Highway20
In 1995, I discovered this very large pyramid in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, which actually earns its keep as a funeral home, and which is quite powerful and still visit to this day whenever I am in the area.
In 1996, while trucking, I came across the magnificent pyramid, earning it's keep as sport/concert arena, in Memphis, TN...and enjoyed some knock you socks off meditation sessions there...
I also enjoyed crystal meditations with a small group in Flagler Beach, Florida named Life Forces back in the mid-nineties.
I took my new teachings from Thomas Ashley Farrand and became empowered to develop my own meditation techniques, that I offer at FreakieFries.com .
I have been using acupuncture and QiGong for even deeper meditation experiences since 2007.

magnificent tree at Avon Park, Florida property where the transcendental Meditation movement used to own and operate a meditation school...affectionately dubbed the "college of supreme knowledge"....
below right...Lake Lotela...see the circular driveway and the now empty lot where the main structure stood... some legends surrounding Avon Park...originally built by the wealthy Birdseye family as a guest facility back in the early 1900's...Al Capone hid out there...Pam Dawber of Mork and Mindy fame attended the all girl's school that was housed there just before Maharishi purchased it...
...and photo on the left shows the golf course that was situated right across the street... middle photo shows nearby orange groves...one of the first activities at the facility, when first acquired back in 1978, was beekeeping and making orange blossom honey by the meditating monks which were a precursor to today's Purusha monks soon to be situated in West Virginia at the brand new facility
